Each Sunday, St. John’s provides adults several opportunities to grow in the knowledge of, and faith in, God.

| Members share the variety of interpretations of scriptures from individual member’s Bibles. Study is structured through the use of handouts that address the preceding weeks’ daily Bible reading assignment. Led by Bob Winstead. |

| This class provides Bible study for adults, as well as discussions on parenting by applying God’s truth to everyday life. On-the-go families will receive a weekly e-mail bulletin to continue their faith conversations during the week. Led by Rae Winstead |
| Methodist 101 |

| Coming in October, St. John’s will offer an informal 4-week class for Methodists who are interested in their Methodist heritage, its traditions and principles. It is ideal for visitors and those who are new to the Methodist faith. |
Children's Sunday School
St. John’s UMC has Sunday School programs for children of all ages. Please contact Church Office for questions concerning St John's Sunday School (9:15 – 10:15 AM).
Make it “easy” on your Sunday mornings by joining us for a light breakfast and fellowship with families, 8:50 – 9:10 AM in Donaldson Hall.
NOTE: Nursery is available for children up to 3 years of age.

| Children’s Grow. Proclaim. Serve - Children gather initially as a large group for Bible scripture and Music, and then break into age appropriate groups for craft and learning activities. The children will also engage in mission activities that stress caring for others. |

| In preparation for Confirmation, children learn about the Bible, traditional observances of Christian holidays, The Lord’s Prayer, Apostles’ Creed, and the Ten Commandments. Class members are joined by “Friends in Faith,” adult and senior teen church members who will support them in this important growing period in their spiritual and church lives. |
